hello guys,
i am feeling a bit more rested today (she ate breakfast yay!). Thank you for your support and wisdom and kind words.
We gained 300g this week (but that was a dry weight as she wouldn't eat breakfast before the appt and went for a wee before as well) so I was actually quietly ok with that.
We are still pushing on and I am talking to her alot.
she started a 'coping skills' course with  a few other ED patients. My daughter joined in but the others were a bit reluctant. I think I can be positive about that.

Be careful with contacts with other ED patients, that can trigger a lot. Watch how she does after that course, if she is always worse coming home or the next day think about stopping that.
Keep feeding. There is light at the end of the tunnel.

Thank you for this advice. She was the child most actively participating - she felt a bit odd so we will see how next week goes and then decide whether to stop.
