Toothfairy you have outdone yourself, standing ovation from me for all these links. I wish this thread could be pinned as this is the most critical information that I got from here that I DIDN'T get from the therapist but is the KEY to full recovery. I am seeing evidence of that now. Thanks for taking the time to post Toothfairy, the time you take to do this is appreciated.

Thanks for the note!
I am so happy you found them useful, and even more delighted that you are reaping the rewards.
It was the same for my Son and so many other people that I know,The higher bmi/weight, and at least 30% fats in the meals were the key to real recovery for us , We had to go to much higher weight and BMI than was set by the Professionals...My Son would never have recovered at a BMI of 19 , it is ridiculous.
I have seen this time and time again.
