Really need a very high calorie shake recipe!! I am using Hagaan Daz ice cream and HWC. I would like to add coconut or canola oil but I’m not sure how much to add without being detected. Help!!

start with 1-2 tablespoons that is  120 -240 cal , then i got to 6 tablespoons of canola oil, one cup frozen fruit, 4-6 tablespoons of HWC and one cup juice and that was over 800 cal. and yogurts 2 tablespoons to keep it "healthy"  I did not add ice cream, but the fact that you are able  to add in the ice cream makes it all the better.[biggrin]

Ice cream, heavy cream, chopped nuts, a chocolate bar and strawberry syrup. I ordered the smoothie maker from Amazon. It's the Hamilton Beach company for 16 ounces.
