This line is perfect about this process:
"Resolution of these issues is called psychological remission, and it takes longer to achieve that mere physical remission."

This is a great article toothfairy!

Hope you are well!

So did you work on other issues like anxiety as well?

Thank you, toothfairy that is very helpful to me.
We do forget that it takes time, loads of time. That is why that is such a great article!
We all wish is was instantaneous and associated with weight restoration only. Understanding that the nutrition is first and foremost and time, maturation, brain development and support of other issues like anxiety etc are all part of the cocktail of recovery.

There was a list from someone here that adds signs for a good weight / WR. I do not find it any more and want to send it to a new parent. Can someone help?

The state not weight video by Janet Treasure states them well.

Thanks debra18, that was not what I meant. It was a list with good "symptoms" done by a member I think about.

Great timing! After two "good weeks" we have had two day days where Ensure has been used for many meals. I found myself in tears feeling hopeless and then I came here. It is so hard to not freak out over every regression. I need to constantly remind myself that we are not going to have perfection. Ever.

This thread is a life saver! Thanks mama bear (not only for this thread, you totally rock!)
13 yo d started to eat "healthy" September 2018, she had a growth spurt a bit later, followed by tummy bug. She started restricting breakfast and school lunch in January 2019 (that we know). We succesfully refed at home.
I have found inner strenght, patience and compassion that I did not know I had.
