Agree such a good article
I have also recently read
The resilience project by Hugh Van Cuylenburg
finding 3 things to be grateful each morning or  before bed makes a huge difference in your state of mind and your life
you start noticing things that are going well and other positive things going on in your life (even if you are going through a difficult situation)

also being kind to others is a huge thing Hugh talks about
I read this book in 2 days I couldn’t put it down

it’s really helped me

Dancing in garden and singing along to Joseph-the musical guaranteed to make you feel better.

Hugs to anyone who needs one right now. Xxx

Love it @LaraB
