I cold-call (okay, cold email) people in the ED world non-stop: researchers, therapists, doctors, etc. RO DBT - Radically Open Dialectical Behavioral Therapy - has been mentioned three separate times lately. I’d never heard of it up until the first mention. Apparently it has been used successfully with anorexia.

Does anyone have any experience with RO DBT?

Hi Sandytoes, no personal experience but I have heard of it before. I had looked into it for my D as I had thought it may be helpful for her. I have not been able to access it here (Australia) for her, even if I could get her to go. A whole new story.

I have PDF file of information on Radically open DBT but it is too big to upload here. Send me a DM back channel if you would like me to email it to you.
D diagnosed restrictive AN June 2010 age 13. Initially weight restored 2012. Relapse and continuously edging towards recovery. Treatment: multiple hospitalisations and individual and family therapy.
