14 year old daughter fully weight restored + vasilating between low 3 and 6 pounds above. Would like to have more consioning at about solid 10 pounds above pre anorexic weight. Had only restricted for two months but went from 105 at five feet to 83 lbs.Now 109. We are in FBT twice weekly but still no individual therapy for d. She still has at least one day a week where she refuses to eat not a meal but a snack. Still not fully on board. Happy and doing well  at school and with friends. We have still not let her return to exercise as her exercise was a major part of her symptomatology.  It's been 7 month already and we are so exhausted. She still thinks the program is dumb and useless. States even though she's eating and weight back on, her brain hasn't changed. There has been in fact a major change as initally she was quite depressed, isolated herself and very crazy scary episodes which haven't occured for at least 3 months. Now however when she refuses something she is more stubborn and really no way to get her to eat that snack. It's not happening enough to effect weight but still so disheartening. Still occasionally trying to purge. I wonder how many of you found concomitant CBC or DBT helpful?

You have put that in 2018 posts by incident I think. Please move it to ATDT forum so it is found more easily.

To answer your question, as long as you see so much resistance and ED behaviour it is way too early for phase 2. Please stick to phase 1 as long as you see that brain recovery starts and her behaviour gets better. This can take up to 4-12 months after WR. So 7 months can still be early days with this disease.
