Hi other Mums...this is how I feel...not sure about you guys?

I know she’s floundering in a rocky ocean,

I just can’t reach deep enough

I need a net to drag her up

I want her to feel the sun

Take this burden off her back

Take this nightmare away

Enough of the tears,

Enough of the anger

Give back her beautiful mind

Give back her smile and laughter

A blanket of love is what she needs

I know she’s not the only one

Make her arms want to hug me

Make her heart want to sing

I miss my daughters love

I miss everything

Thank you! That is beautiful.

I'm teary. Beautiful.
13 yo d started to eat "healthy" September 2018, she had a growth spurt a bit later, followed by tummy bug. She started restricting breakfast and school lunch in January 2019 (that we know). We succesfully refed at home.
I have found inner strenght, patience and compassion that I did not know I had.
Never retreat, never surrender

Thank you for sharing. Your love shines through those beautiful words.
Courage is not the absence of despair; it is rather the capacity to move ahead in spite of despair
So beautiful. I am teary, too.

Your love will scoop her back ❤❤.

Thank you for the poem. Can I save it and print it?
