A good way to start to combat this is to not have things in the house with labels, if you can do some grocery shopping of things your daughter has never eaten before, take everything out of the packaging and put into containers that was she won’t even know the name of the item to look up the calories or be able to see any nutrition labels, throw the packaging away in a garbage away from your home and if you need to hide any measuring cups and spoons, remind your daughter normal people just portion their food randomly it isn’t normal to obsess over carbs
