I vacillate between thinking her intensive treatment helped or made it "worse" by spending every minute talking about food and thoughts. 
Part of me thinks I should have just done FBT at home and made eating more "normal". Instead shes had it drilled in her head that she needs to overthink everything related to food, eating and feelings. 
Even though at treatment, I still made and packed all meals.... D and I brought her to WR.
