Just an update. My daughter and I are currently on holiday with our family. I am so pleased I brought my daughter. I was nervous about food etc. She is doing extremely well, eating 2 cooked meals a day, trying cake and scones with jam and clotted cream. We are sticking to meal routines and the amount of meals and snacks etc. More progress made in this experience, which has been ongoing since the end of March of this year. I know we have a long way to go, but I am feeling more positive.

That is a great update and although holidays are difficult in the dark days there is often a positive moment later. New places, a lot of distraction, new and different food can be a game changer. I still see progress on holidays here. I am so happy for you and your family that it went well!
Keep swimming! You will get the rest too!
Keep feeding. There is light at the end of the tunnel.

Thank you Mcmum 😁 it's such a joy to see! There has been coffee and lemon cake eaten and talk of cheese and crackers to be eaten today! I will cry when I see her eat this, she loves cheese and hasn't dared to eat it for over 6 months (apart from on pizza). Can't wait to see her eat Brie!

She had the Brie tonight and Double Gloucester cheese, with crackers and butter! I couldn't watch as I would have cried! Cheese was her greatest fear food. She has really turned a corner, its taken her well over 8 months to eat cheese and she said she enjoyed it!
