"There are so many resources out there that explain and describe EDs and how to treat them. We get so stressed out as caregivers; we worry about doing the right things, making the "best" decisions, and sometimes even whether what we are doing is harming or helping. What I have always appreciated about Eva's work is that she puts the simplest things front and center: food, love, and compassion. These are touchstones I come back to time and again, especially when feeling a bit adrift in this journey."
