Agree totally with Toothfairy.  Let them know how much they have failed you and keep on with plan B.  You will wobble but we are all here-well I'm in for one so you just let us know when you need shoring up.
Hi Seaglass

Your story about CAMHS makes me think of lots of bad words which are not allowed to be written on a public website. So sorry you cannot get better support. Did they at least apologize and arrange for another appointment asap? I agree with Toothfairy's idea about writing and being a squeaky wheel, if you are up to it.

Are there any ATDT families in your area who you might be able to reach out to to get some recommendations about who they have worked with and who in your area is considered to be the best ED therapist/dr/pscychiatrist in your system? Do you have any choices/options within the system if the current people you have been assigned to meet with don't seem to be able to help your d and are not taking this situation seriously enough?

You are on the right path about trying to change your situation at home!

I'm doing meals and snacks with more determination to make every bite count and I turned to friends and family and am trying to arrange visits and little activities to structure our days.

I'm trying to change my inner voice from 'I can't do this' to ''I've got this. Just watch as I do all I possibly can to save me little girl'.

We are always here for support.
