My D has had her antidepressant increased slightly.  She is on fluoxetine 30mg (increased by 10mg 2 weeks ago) She states she is feeling 'emotionless and numb'.  However, there seems to be a very small decrease in the intensity of anxiety around food.  Obviously this is a good thing, but I am concerned about her feeling numb.  Has anyone else experienced this?  Is it just because the dose has been increased maybe

I have not had experience with this known side effect and not sure if at only two weeks if it was the increase dose or not. I would
suggest that you speak with the doctor who prescribed to be sure they are aware and if any action is required.
i am glad the anxiety is better though.
Here is something I have seen.
