Some key messages for me were the need to consider what height should be when looking at BMI if growth stunted; the fact that young people with ED can be hypermetabolic for 2 years post weight- restoration-- powerful argument for needing to maintain high energy intake; and the notion of needing to retrain the brain to be more flexible.
