Dr. Hill in conversation with Tabitha Farrar. Would be of interest for sufferers beyond adolescence but also very helpful for carers in understanding what is happening with our children, and the reasons for restriction and compulsion to exercise (particularly around the 36 minute mark). Interesting how she suggests "dosing" movement, just as you would dose food. I also found it hopeful when she describes that in younger patients there is an ability to rewire or outwire the illness, but that even someone 30 or over can get to a place where they can over-ride their illness with certain steps / safety measures in place.
