I like that they call it the "final frontier". I knew we had to challenge condiments like ketchup with fries etc..
I remember being nervous to do it, then I just put some on her plate and she ate it- no issues! I remember feeling so good about that. And now she ASKS me (if I forget) for the ketchup!

It is no small thing.
It all counts!


Food+more food+time+love+good professional help+ATDT+no exercise+ state not just weight+/- the "right" medicine= healing---> recovery(--->life without ED)
Yup I still have the ketchup and the pickles left to tackle.
