Has anyone been to Center for Discovery or have any input on their philosophy or success with young kids. My boy 13 has been struggling getting enough calories because of ARFID or AN, but had a bone density test done showing low bone density. I need him to start eating enough and quickly to turn this around. Not sure their priority is getting re-fed. Any input I would appreciate.

Don't really have much to say about Center for Discovery, but I would urge you to contact Kartini Clinic in Portland if you haven't already done so.

They have a good track record with working with ARFID, along with other EDs.

Thank you for that advice, yes I agree about kartini. Trying to get our insurance to cover that, but we have state Medicaid and they want to keep all money in state. Yuck I hate that it is about money and not the best interest of the kiddo
