Hi,
I am mum to two daughters with eating disorders - spanning a decade now. I have been asked to take part in a webinar around the topic of carer support during covid. I have been speaking to other carers and wanted to ask wider :

  • how you feel carers could be/could have been supported during this time
  • what difficulties you may have had
  • any adaptations that may be beneficial to services for carers support

One of the things I think would have been useful for me is an opportunity to access group carer support weekly via zoom to gain peer support. What are your suggestions? this information will inform quality development and recommendations for carers.

Thank you in advance Julie

Welcome back to the forum. There have been a few posts and threads about COVID along with a blog post on the FEAST website. about people's thoughts on this. It may be worth doing a search for COVID and also looking through the FEAST website.
