For those of you who are working on refeeding and putting together menus, here is a link to a pretty comprehensive list of foods and the calories, fats, carb and proteins that they contain.

thanks for that list, that is very helpful.
I would like to add one in German, I hope you don´t mind.
I liked a lot that one:
because there are little arrows on top and you can ask the list to set the most fat products on top.
You can do that as well with the arrow on "calories".
Diese Liste kann man auf- und absteigend sortieren lassen, so dass man z.B. Fett oder Kalorien absteigend anklickt (Pfeil oben) und so die besten Lebensmittel für unsere Zwecke findet.
