I'm sure most of you are aware of the Minnesota semi starvation study, where healthy, adult men were placed on a restricted diet to help the starving in Europe during WW2. We used to say that this type of study would not be able to be replicated today, because of the ethics involved. Turns out we were wrong. Not only are Australian universities conducting such a study, but they are recruiting teenagers. TEENAGERS!!!!!!

Here is the link to this study:  https://www.fasttracktrial.com

Luckily a petition was started to stop this, please sign:

D became obsessed with exercise at age 9 and started eating 'healthy' at age 9.5. Restricting couple of months later. IP for 2 weeks at age 10. Slowly refed for months on Ensures alone, followed by swap over with food at a snails pace. WR after a year at age 11 in March 2017. That is UNBELIEVABLE! I really hope that they can stop it. There must be ethic laws that forbid experiments with humans there!

That is unbelievable. I cannot sign the petition but I have send them a mail with my concerns. It will only be a drop of water on a hot stone but if we send them hundreds of mails we keep them busy. Everyone here that cannot sign the petition, please feel free to send them a mail.
Keep feeding. There is light at the end of the tunnel.
