Which reminds me there is a bright new podcast on ARFID which could be useful to people who are kind of new to it. The speaker, Paola Falcoski, gave a really good workshop at a conference a few months ago in London.

This also reminds me how I can get tied up in knots, between writing of MY experience, which is with anorexia, and remembering all those who feel aggravated that the other eating disorders are left out, who would prefer me/us to talk about eating disorders in general. I agonise over this every time I'm looking for a title to something I produce...
