Hi there. I just was reading your story and hope things have calmed down a little bit for you. I'm so sorry you have to deal with seizures on top of everything else.
I have been meditating for years and have found the best app is called the insight timer. It's free and has loads of meditations. Start with one's that are 1-5 minutes and work your way up. I used to go to a Buddhist temple for meditation (i'm not Buddhist) but haven't been able to go since my D had the diagnosis. But still, I find myself in times of extreme stress to immediately revert back to what i've learned all those years. If you could learn the magic of deep breathing and calming your mind, you might not even need anxiety meds. But if you do, that's okay too.
Let me know if you have any specific questions about meditation. I'd love to help.

Thanks cm72
I have just downloaded insight timer and completed day one. I have always dismissed things like this, but can’t believe how different I feel after just 10 mins of focussing on breathing.

I’m now signed off for a week so it will give me time to try out some other techniques. Is there a specific posture that you should adopt whilst meditating?
