My 12 y.o S seems to be falling down the same road as my D was at 11.  DX ARFID 2013 We ended up at Kartini Clinic which was wonderful and healing, but insurance does not cover there.  Anyone have experience with Seattle Childrens or somewhere in Seattle.  thanks

I am north of Seattle, and have some knowledge of providers in the area.

Kartini is great; have you contacted the Evidence-Based Treatment Center of Seattle?  They have well-respected providers.

When we were searching for appropriate evidence-based care, our family traveled to the UCSD 5 Day Family Intensive program.  It was a life-saver.  Definitely worth contacting them to find out if it might be suitable for your family.  Our insurance covered the total cost of treatment (though not travel/accommodation).

I know there was another forum member whose d was diagnosed with ARFID while at UCSD not too long ago.

Sending warm support,
