I am so worried about my daughter. .we talked. .she said she admitted she was anorexic. She has been to therapy. .but no dr..she said she does not want treatment. If the Dr hospitalized her will they not let her leave till she reaches a normal bmi...?she is 15 lbs underweight. .if I got guardianship of her .and she agreed to it....could I force her in to a hospital and they would not let her leave till a normal bmi or how does it work? I don't like her being underweight. I'm sure it's dangerous

In the US, inpatient hospitalizations rarely keep a patient past 80-85% of Ideal Body Weight.  From there the recommendations are to step down to residential, PHP or outpatient treatment.  If your goal is to force 15 pounds back onto your daughter in a hospital, the guardianship would not do much to that end from my experience.
